Dialog Lists
Overview
Dialog Lists are the main place to organize, review, and control objects in GENESIS. Most object types use the same core list behavior, so once you learn one list, you can use the others quickly.
How to Open a Dialog List
- Use the object shortcut key.
- Or click the matching object button in the panel.
What You Can Do in a Dialog List
- Create folders and organize objects.
- Move objects into folders.
- Sort objects for easier review.
- Right-click objects or folders to change properties such as visibility and drawing method.
Folder View Controls
At the bottom-left of the list, two view options are available:
- Show only the selected folder contents.
- Show the selected folder and all subfolder contents.
